Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) - RN to lead nursing staff, uphold quality resident care, and ensure regulatory compliance in a dynamic long‑term care setting.

As ADON, you will support staffing, oversee care plans and documentation, participate in MDS processes, and collaborate with physicians and consultants to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing with the state board.
• Proven leadership and management experience in nursing.
• Background in geriatric or long‑term care nursing.
• Knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliant practices.

Responsibilities

• Support staffing needs and step in to assist floor staffing as required.
• Oversee resident care including MDS, care planning, performance improvement, and infection control programs.
• Hire, train, evaluate, assign, and delegate nursing duties based on census and budget needs.
• Ensure accurate resident documentation and up‑to‑date records.
