Complete Care at Burlington Woods is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to lead the clinical team, promote high-quality resident care, and shape a compassionate, collaborative culture. Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered New Jersey RN license
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in long-term care or post-acute setting is preferred
• Prior experience managing staff

Responsibilities

• Ensure all nursing personnel comply with standards and regulatory requirements for resident care
• Lead quality assurance and improvement initiatives
• Understand MDS process, care planning, and survey readiness
• Oversee infection prevention and control knowledge and practices
• Recruit, train, and onboard new nursing staff
• Implement compliance and quality improvement policies, programs, and procedures
• Perform staff education, orientation, and competency evaluations
• Fulfill other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing

Assistant Director Of Nursing (RN) Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
