You will ensure regulatory compliance, mentor clinical staff, and drive high-quality resident care in a hands-on leadership role.

The ADON will participate in on-call rotations, staff development, and performance improvement initiatives while maintaining a resident-centered culture and strong team collaboration.

Qualifications

• RN preferred; strong LPN considered.
• Current Indiana RN or LPN license required.
• Supervisory or management experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to help lead our clinical team. This role is ideal for a nursing professional who thrives in a supportive environment, values teamwork, and is committed to delivering exceptional resident care.

Position Summary

The ADON supports the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting clinical staff, and maintaining high standards of resident care.

Rate: $40–$43/hour

Key Responsibilities
