Assistant Director of Nursing

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with a passion for long-term care to join our leadership team. The ADON will assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing nursing operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and promoting a culture of excellence within our nursing department.

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Participate in staff training and the onboarding of new employees, including trainees from our partner trade school.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, ensuring excellence in resident outcomes.

  • Current RN license in good standing (Missouri license required).
  • Proven leadership experience in a long-term care or similar setting.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
