How You Will Make a Difference

• Manage administrative and functional areas within the Nursing Department.
• Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in the overall operation of the department, ensuring compliance with company policies, standards of nursing practice, and government regulations to maintain quality care.
• Delegate responsibilities to Charge Nurses and Nurse Supervisors, providing them with the necessary authority, responsibility, and accountability.

What You Need To Make a Difference

• Current Registered Nurse license in good standing for the required state.
• Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience.
• One (1) to two (2) years of management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Current/active CPR certification.
