Job summary

Nivram Management is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to oversee nursing operations in a Chicago-area facility. You will support the Director of Nursing, foster a collaborative environment, and ensure adherence to quality standards and policies to empower staff and care for patients.

The ideal candidate is a compassionate RN with developing managerial and administrative skills, strong listening and problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to an excellent on-floor workplace atmosphere

Qualifications

• RN with managerial and administrative experience

This role will assist the DON in creating a collaborative and efficient workplace with attention to quality standards and policies so that all personnel will be able to do their best in caring for patients.
