Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations, support staffing, and ensure compliant, high-quality resident care.

This role partners with physicians, nursing teams, and administrators to maintain care standards and drive improvement initiatives. The ADON will supervise nursing staff, participate in care planning, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining a restorative, patient-centered approach in a long-term care

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse in good standing with the State Board.
• Strong leadership and management experience.
• Background in geriatric or long-term care nursing.
• Familiarity with nursing home regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Support staffing needs by stepping in to assist floor staffing when needed.
• Oversee resident care including MDS, care planning, Performance Improvement, and Infection Control.
• Hire, train, evaluate, assign, and delegate nursing duties based on census and budget.
• Review and maintain up-to-date resident records.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing teams to design individualized care plans.
• Ensure timely access to equipment, supplies, and care resources.
• Conduct assessments and implement infection control measures.

This leadership role plays a vital part in ensuring quality resident care, staff support, and regulatory compliance. In This Role, You Will

• Support Staffing Needs: Step in to assist floor staffing when needed
