Reliant Care Management Company is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in Missouri to oversee the nursing department, drive policy development, and ensure high-quality patient care. The role requires a strong RN license and prior DON/ADON experience.

The ADON will lead nursing staff, collaborate on care plans, and monitor performance while ensuring HIPAA compliance and resident rights are upheld. A sign-on bonus is offered to eligible candidates.

Formación

• Unencumbered RN license in Missouri.
• Experience as DON or ADON required.
• Wound care and rehab focus.
• Familiar with MDS/Care Plans and Medicare A & B.
• Strong leadership and regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee aspects of the nursing department, including staff management and patient care

• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff

• Ensure adherence to resident rights and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations

• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to promote a positive work environment

Requirements:

MO REGISTERED NURSE LICENSURE REQUIRED

• Strong Leadership and Supervisory Skills

• Unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice with previous DON or ADON experience.

• Rehabilitation Focus, Wound Care Experience, Knowledge of Medicare A & B, Willing To Work With Behavior Management Residents

• Enjoy working with the Elderly, MDS/Care Plans, Willing to work 2 Weeks a Month, Previous CNA/CMT instructor certification and have excellent regulatory compliance record and commitments to TQM (Total Quality Management)

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor staff
  Familiarity with healthcare systems and regulations, including HIPAA compliance
