Empire Care Centers is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for Fayetteville Center for Nursing & Healing. This leadership role offers the opportunity to guide nursing teams, implement clinical programs, and drive high-quality resident care.

Ideal candidates will hold an active RN license and have 3+ years of leadership experience in skilled nursing or rehab. Strong teamwork, communication, and staff training skills are essential, with a Monday–Friday schedule and alternating weekend

• Active RN license.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting.
• Strong team orientation and communication skills.
• Infection Prevention experience preferred.
• Experience training and educating staff.

• Coordinate comprehensive nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating comprehensive nursing care
• Implementing specialized clinical procedures and programs
• Collaborating with the Director of Nursing and Nurse Managers on departmental goals
• Ensuring compliance with operational policies and state and federal regulations

Key Duties

• Deliver safe, efficient, and compliant resident care
• Participate in the nursing home survey process
• Oversee infection control and quality assurance initiatives
• Supervise, mentor, and train nursing staff
• Organize and support in-service education and training programs

Requirements

• Active RN license
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
