Kaw River Care and Rehab in Edwardsville, KS is seeking a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our dedicated clinical team. You will assist in managing day-to-day operations and help ensure excellent resident care.

We offer a competitive salary of 85,000 to 95,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, FSA, 401(k), PTO, life insurance and CEU reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Current Kansas RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• 3 years of experience, preferably as an Assistant DON or RN Unit Manager in geriatric nursing.
• Medicare and Medicaid knowledge preferred.
• LTC management experience with excellent clinical evaluation skills.
• 2+ years of experience as an RN; one year in long-term care preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of the day-to-day clinical operations of the community.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensure continuity and consistency in delivery and quality of resident services.
• Assist in training and development of staff, development and implementation of programs to enhance resident satisfaction.
