Wilson Care and Rehab in Wilson, KS is hiring a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our caring clinical team. The ADON will help manage day-to-day operations and ensure high-quality resident care.

Candidates must hold a KS RN license and CPR certification, with 3+ years in geriatric nursing, LTC management, and familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid regulations. We offer comprehensive benefits and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Current Kansas Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current certification in adult CPR.
• 3 years of experience, preferably as an Assistant DON or RN Unit Manager in geriatric nursing preferred.
• Medicare and Medicaid knowledge preferred.
• LTC Management Experience with excellent clinical evaluation skills.
• 2+ years of experience as an RN; one year in long-term care preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding long term care.
