• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations
• Participate in audits, quality assurance, and infection control initiatives
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and overall clinical workflow
• Support staffing coordination and scheduling needs
• Mentor and develop nursing staff to strengthen the clinical team
• Serve as acting DON in the absence of the Director of Nursing

This leadership role is responsible for supervising nursing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting high-quality, resident-centered care. The ADON plays a vital role in staff development, clinical oversight, and maintaining a positive and professional care environment.
