Job summary

Reliant Care Management Company in Battle Creek is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to oversee the nursing department, mentor staff, and ensure compassionate, high-quality resident care.

You will develop nursing policies, ensure regulatory compliance, collaborate on individualized care plans, supervise performance, and maintain HIPAA standards while fostering a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Previous DON or ADON experience.
• Rehabilitation focus and wound care experience.
• Knowledge of Medicare A & B; HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee aspects of the nursing department, including staff management and patient care
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans

We are currently seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON).

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee aspects of the nursing department, including staff management and patient care

• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff

Requirements:

• Strong Leadership and Supervisory Skills

• Unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice with previous DON or ADON experience.

• Rehabilitation Focus, Wound Care Experience, Knowledge of Medicare A & B, Willing To Work With Behavior Management Residents

• Enjoy working with the Elderly, MDS/Care Plans, Willing to work 2 Weeks a Month, Previous CNA/CMT instructor certification and have excellent regulatory compliance record and commitments to TQM (Total Quality Management)

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor staff
  Familiarity with healthcare systems and regulations, including HIPAA compliance
