Grand Manor Health Care Center in Missouri is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead the nursing team, ensure high-quality resident care, and maintain regulatory compliance with HIPAA and Medicare regulations.

The role requires RN license, DON/ADON experience, strong leadership, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans and improve outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN license in state of practice with DON/ADON experience.
• Rehabilitation focus and wound care experience.
• Knowledge of Medicare A & B and HIPAA compliance.
• Experience with MDS/Care Plans and behavior management.

We are currently seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON).

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee aspects of the nursing department, including staff management and patient care
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff
• Ensure adherence to resident rights and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to promote a positive work environment

Requirements:

• Strong Leadership and Supervisory Skills
• Unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice with previous DON or ADON experience.
• Rehabilitation Focus, Wound Care Experience, Knowledge of Medicare A & B, Willing To Work With Behavior Management Residents
• Enjoy working with the Elderly, MDS/Care Plans, Willing to work 2 Weeks a Month, Previous CNA/CMT instructor certification and have excellent regulatory compliance record and commitments to TQM (Total Quality Management)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor staff
  Familiarity with healthcare systems and regulations, including HIPAA compliance
