Job summary

Meadowbrook Respiratory & Nursing Center in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. This RN role partners with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily nursing operations, mentor staff across shifts, and drive clinical excellence for our residents.

The ADON will ensure CMS and New Jersey Department of Health compliance, participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives, support survey readiness, and collaborate

Qualifications

• RN license active in New Jersey in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience in skilled nursing or similar.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing with the daily management of the nursing department.
• Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff on all shifts.
• Conduct clinical rounds and follow up on resident concerns.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, New Jersey Department of Health, and facility policies.

Meadowbrook Respiratory & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who is passionate about clinical excellence, staff development, and providing exceptional care to our residents.

As the ADON, you will work closely with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor nursing staff, and help drive quality outcomes throughout the facility.
