Job summary

Meadowbrook Respiratory & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. This RN will help oversee daily nursing operations, mentor staff, and drive high-quality resident care.

As ADON, you will support regulatory compliance with CMS and New Jersey Health Department guidelines, participate in QA initiatives, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and survey process.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience in subacute, respiratory, or ventilator care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing with the daily management of the nursing department.
• Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff on all shifts.
• Conduct clinical rounds and follow up on resident concerns.

Meadowbrook Respiratory & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who is passionate about clinical excellence, staff development, and providing exceptional care to our residents.
