Job Details

• Support the Director of Nursing in planning and implementing nursing policies
• Supervise nursing staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure high-quality resident care and participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Help maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Provide direct patient care as needed, especially during staff shortages
• Assist with departmental budgeting and resource management
• Act as liaison between staff, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
