Polaris Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center in Milford, Delaware is seeking an experienced nursing leader to join as Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). You will partner with the Director of Nursing to mentor staff, oversee daily operations, and uphold regulatory standards to ensure exceptional resident care.

In this role, you will conduct rounds, guide clinical practice, support admissions decisions, and drive quality improvement initiatives within a vibrant 100-bed skilled facility on the

Competenze

• Current RN license.
• 3–5 years of nursing management or supervisory experience preferred, ideally in skilled nursing, long-term care, acute care, or geriatrics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and clinical best practices.
• Experience with PointClickCare preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.

• Knowledge of regulatory standards and clinical best practices.

• Experience with PointClickCare preferred.
