Job summary

RegalCare at Glen Ridge in Medford, MA, seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing to help lead the skilled nursing facility's nursing department and support resident-centered care.

You will partner with the Director of Nursing, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality initiatives while providing compassionate care.

This role requires RN licensure in good standing, preferably a BSN, and strong leadership and communication skills to engage residents, families, and the care team.

Qualifications
