Job summary

RegalCare at Glen Ridge is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support the Director of Nursing in leading the nursing department within a skilled nursing facility. You will guide nursing staff to deliver high-quality, person-centered care and work with an interdisciplinary team to implement tailored care plans for residents.

The role requires an RN license in good standing, with BSN preferred, and prior supervisory nursing experience in a skilled nursing setting.
