Job summary

Harborview Health Center Kissimmee in Florida is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to lead nursing staff, hire, train, and evaluate performance, and develop policies that support high-quality resident care.

You will coordinate with physicians, oversee shift staffing, ensure accurate medical records and HIPAA compliance, and uphold resident rights while providing compassionate hospice and acute care services.

Qualifications

• RN with 3–5 years nursing home experience
• Experience with medical records management
• Proficiency in shift management and scheduling
• Experience supervising nursing staff and collaborating with physicians
• Understanding of resident rights and ethical practices
• Anatomy knowledge for patient assessment
• Experience in hospice and acute care settings
