This stunning 1000-room oceanfront resort offers two beachside pools, a Dip & Slide splash pad for kids, and 1,000 linear feet of alabaster beach. Enjoy stunning views, delicious dining options, and endless sunshine in Hollywood, Florida. Our housekeeping team consists of over 150 members reporting to the Director of Housekeeping.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with effective communication skills and flexibility to work various shifts.

Shift Pattern: Full flexibility (AM/PM/Overnights), including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director in maintaining cleanliness, service, and quality standards for guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and banquet/meeting rooms, complying with health and safety regulations.
• Plan, assign, delegate, and oversee daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual tasks.
• Inspect areas to ensure quality assurance standards are met.
• Support management systems, budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, policy enforcement, and meetings.
• Monitor and develop team performance, including supervision, training, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, and recognition.
• Recruit, interview, and train new team members.
• Ensure proper use and labeling of chemicals and cleaning supplies in accordance with regulations.
