The role requires at least four years of housekeeping management in a luxury hotel, strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills; English fluency is essential, with Spanish or Creole a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or business management degree preferred.
• Minimum of four years in housekeeping management, preferably in a four- or five-star hotel environment.
• Fluency in English; Spanish or Creole is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all hotel areas are clean and guest-ready.
• Coordinate with staff and managers to meet housekeeping needs.
• Develop and maintain cleaning schedules and budgets.
• Hire, train, and supervise housekeeping staff.
• Prepare reports and oversee inventory.
