DIMENSION MASTER in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Finance Leader to drive hotel accounting operations and financial reporting. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will oversee accounting functions, internal controls, budgeting, and compliance with brand standards.

You will manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, month-end close, and variance analysis, partnering with department leaders to guide business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Hospitality accounting experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficient with financial systems and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
• Analyze results and identify variances against budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor cash controls and balance sheet accounts for accuracy and compliance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and labor productivity reporting.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.
• Partner with department leaders to provide financial guidance and support business decisions.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will play a key role in managing hotel accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and internal controls while supporting overall business performance.

The Role

You will play a key leadership role in supporting the financial operations and overall performance of the hotel. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will assist in overseeing accounting functions, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance while ensuring that financial practices align with brand standards and hotel objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support daily hotel accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, financial reporting, and account reconciliations
• Analyze financial results and identify variances against budgets and forecasts
• Monitor cash controls and balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and labor productivity reporting
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit standards, and company policies
• Support procurement and purchasing processes to maximize operational efficiency and vendor compliance
• Partner with department leaders to provide financial guidance and support business decisions
