Dimension Hospitality in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a finance leader to guide hotel accounting operations and financial reporting under the Director of Finance.

You will oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger, budgeting, internal controls, and compliance while partnering with department heads to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in hospitality accounting strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily hotel accounting operations: AP, AR, payroll, general ledger.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations.
• Analyze financial results and variances against budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor cash controls and balance sheet accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and labor productivity reporting.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit standards, and company policies.
• Support procurement and purchasing processes for efficiency and vendor compliance.
• Partner with department leaders to provide financial guidance for business decisions.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will play a key role in managing hotel accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and internal controls while supporting overall business performance.

The Role

You will play a key leadership role in supporting the financial operations and overall performance of the hotel. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will assist in overseeing accounting functions, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance while ensuring that financial practices align with brand standards and hotel objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support daily hotel accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, financial reporting, and account reconciliations
• Analyze financial results and identify variances against budgets and forecasts
• Monitor cash controls and balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and labor productivity reporting
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit standards, and company policies
• Support procurement and purchasing processes to maximize operational efficiency and vendor compliance
• Partner with department leaders to provide financial guidance and support business decisions
