Job summary

Dr-Hotel-Employee-Leasing-LL is seeking a finance leader to oversee hotel accounting operations, financial reporting, controls, and budgeting. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will manage AP, AR, payroll, GL, and month-end close, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will partner with department heads to drive efficiency, vendor compliance, and strong internal controls in a full-service hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with financial systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel accounting operations: AP, AR, payroll, and GL.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes and financial reporting.
• Monitor reconciliations, variances, and balance sheet accuracy; ensure compliance with controls.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and labor productivity reporting.
• Collaborate with department leaders to guide financial decisions and procurement.
