General Statement of Duties: The Assistant Director ofAdmissions serves as a representative of Worcester StateUniversity, leading undergraduate recruitment efforts and fosteringrelationships with prospective students, families, and schoolpartners. The incumbent represents the university at recruitmentevents, provides comprehensive admissions counseling, evaluatesundergraduate applications and renders admissions decisions.Performs other related work in support of the university'senrollment goals and strategic recruitment initiatives.

This is a full-time, benefited, exempt, APA professional position.The firm annual salary range for this position is $58,000- $62,000,commensurate with relevant professional experience andeducation.
