Primary Purpose Of Position
Manage a territory, including all recruiting and yield activities, within designated geographic areas. Manage the recruitment calendar in consultation with the Associate Director of Recruitment. Articulate admissions policies and procedures to students, parents, and counselors. Participate in university undergraduate admission recruitment activities, including college day/night programs, individual visits to post‑secondary institutions, alumni meetings, and campus tour visitations. Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and training for admission counselors alongside the Associate Director of Recruitment. Provide leadership and direction to the freshmen admissions team in the absence of the Associate Director of Recruitment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
- Two or more years experience in admissions or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency/knowledge of data analysis and CRMs is preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills are necessary.
- Valid driver’s license.
