Job summary

The Learning Experience in New Jersey is seeking an energetic, organized leader to join our Center leadership team. You will focus on marketing and enrollment while supporting daily center operations and staff development.

You’ll build relationships with families, conduct center tours, and drive enrollment growth by coordinating outreach, events, and referrals, while upholding licensing and safety standards.

Qualifications

• New Jersey Center Director licensing qualifications preferred.
• Relevant education and early childhood credentials preferred.
• Successful completion of required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Grow enrollment and generate new leads.
• Conduct tours for prospective families and follow up.
• Build relationships with families and the local community.
• Support social media, referrals, events and marketing initiatives.
• Track enrollment goals and develop growth ideas.
• Partner with the Center Director to support daily operations.
• Assist staffing, scheduling and team development.
• Maintain licensing, safety and company standards.
• Support teachers, families, and overall center quality.
• Promote enrollment, retention and family satisfaction.

Are you passionate about early childhood education, building relationships with families, and helping a center grow? The Learning Experience is looking for an energetic, organized, and relationship-driven professional to join our leadership team!

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of early childhood education, childcare leadership, or classroom experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• At least 2 years of sales, marketing, enrollment, or lead generation experience, preferably in early childhood education.
• Comfortable conducting center tours and connecting with prospective families.
• Creative, organized, energetic, and collaborative.

Marketing & Enrollment — Primary Focus
