Four Seasons Resort Hualalai seeks an Assistant Director of Residences to lead the Hualālai Villas & Homes management team. You will partner across Residential Services, Rental Management, Housekeeping, and Finance to ensure exemplary service, preserve luxury assets, and deliver outstanding homeowner experiences.

You will recruit and develop high-performing teams, manage budgets, and foster strong relationships with homeowners and members while driving service excellence in a world-class resort

Qualifications

• Legal work authorization in United States.
• Experience as Department Head or Assistant Department Head.
• Leadership in luxury residential property management or related industries.
• Ability to motivate, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities with homeowners, members, guests, and stakeholders.
• Financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and operational reporting.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field; Hawaii real estate license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Property Management team, ensuring exceptional homeowner experiences and operational excellence.
• Oversee luxury residential portfolios and support management of high-profile residences while maintaining top-tier property care and service.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, coaching, performance management, succession planning, and development initiatives for team members.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners, members, guests, and stakeholders; proactively resolve concerns and exceed expectations.
• Partner with operational departments to enhance service delivery and support campus-wide objectives.
• Drive process improvements, operational efficiencies, and service innovations aligned with business goals and homeowner satisfaction.
• Support financial stewardship through budget management, reporting oversight, and operational compliance.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen stakeholder value and contribute to long-term success of Hualālai Villas & Homes.
