Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is seeking a HVH Engineer who brings a passion for excellence and the ability to enhance guest experiences through exceptional knowledge of the resort. This role requires work authorization in the United States and demands hands-on maintenance across multiple disciplines.

You will support residents with handyman tasks, perform preventative maintenance, manage supplies, track hours, and adapt to occupancy fluctuations while operating golf carts and maintaining

Qualifications

• Legal work authorization in United States.
• Basic computer skills with BMS / Rapid response system (HotSos).
• Previous handyman/engineering experience required.
• Ability to stay organized and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide handyman services to Residents (golf cart repair, painting, carpentry, appliance installation and repair, locksmithing, furniture maintenance).
• Provide preventative maintenance for custom home lots (landscape light replacement, roof/eaves, lanai, light bulbs, garage doors).
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and keep par stocks.
• Maintain daily productivity and detailed records of billable hours.
• Flexibly adjust scheduling with occupancy variations.
• Operate a golf cart and maintain equipment.
