Job Description Summary / TWC Summary:Under general supervision the Assistant Director Leasing & Collections is responsible for managing the entire marketing, leasing, and collections process for Residential Life & Housing. Providing leadership and direction to all Leasing & Collections Coordinators in the department.

Hiring Range:$69,333.15 - $88,399.77
Education:Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline from an accredited four- year college or university.
Master’s degree preferred.
Requires a broad knowledge of the application of Star Rez software.
Driver’s License preferred.
Knowledge of:
Three (3) to five (5) years of related experience.
Working/Environmental Conditions:Work is performed within routine office environment with no exposure to hazardous or unpleasant conditions. Physical demands are usually limited to sitting or standing in one location much of the time. Some stooping, lifting, or carrying objects of light weight may be required.
