Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education or related, or bachelor’s with two years teaching or instructional design experience.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and learning theories.
• Ability to develop curriculum, assessments, and instructional materials.
• Experience with educational analytics and course evaluation.
• Familiarity with Canvas or similar learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead instructional design and learning systems at the school level.
• Coordinate syllabi development, Canvas materials, and course templates.
• Develop and deliver training resources and online modules.
