Job summary

Chick-fil-A Keller & N. Tarrant Pkwy is seeking an Assistant Manager/Director to lead and develop Team Leaders, driving department-level operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

You will oversee financial stewardship, partner with senior leadership, and build scalable training systems to grow leaders in a fast-paced environment. It’s a clearly defined leadership ladder from Specialist to Senior Director, with potential for Owner/Operator progression for the right person.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and developing leaders.
• Ability to train and sustain high standards under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Team Leaders and team members to achieve department-level operational excellence.
• Drive guest satisfaction by upholding hospitality, food quality, speed, and accuracy.
• Oversee financial stewardship — sales growth, labor management, and cost efficiency.
• Partner with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives and goals.
• Build and own training systems for consistent, scalable performance.
• Recruit, develop, and retain strong leaders and pipeline growth.
• Foster accountability, servant leadership, and continuous improvement.
• Own shift completely — anticipate problems and set up the next team.
