Job summary

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking an Assistant Director of Kenan Stadium to supervise the Kenan Stadium Complex operations, including budgeting, purchasing and scheduling, and to support financial stewardship across the facility portfolio.

The role manages Athletic Facilities Workers, Housekeepers, maintenance staff and outside contractors, and reports to the Director of Athletic Facilities Management and the Head Football Coach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline.
• Experience in budgeting, purchasing, and accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and administer all aspects of Kenan Stadium Complex management, maintenance and scheduling.
• Assist upper management with finances of the Kenan Stadium Complex including budgetary/purchasing/accounting programs.
• Direct work of Athletic Facilities Workers, Housekeepers, maintenance mechanics and temporary staff; oversee outside contractors.
