Northeastern University invites applications for the Assistant Director of Honors Community Development within the John Martinson Honors Program. The role directs, implements, and assesses the Honors Living-Learning Community initiatives and oversees student-driven programming.

The Assistant Director also supports Orientation, Welcome Week activities, graduation recognition, and related efforts as needed. There are required weekend and evening hours to support programming, and the role includes

Qualifications

• Master's degree in higher education or related field.
• Two years of higher education experience required; advising experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Direct, implement and assess the Honors Living-Learning Community initiatives.
• Supervise 16 upperclass Honors LLC student staff.
• Coordinate and support Launch events and student engagement initiatives.
• Recruit and supervise 8–12 student leaders for honors events.
• Collaborate with Honors team, campus and community partners.
• Develop assessment instruments and prepare reports.
