Job summary

Rhode Island Parent Information Network, Inc. seeks an Assistant Director of Health and Healthy Aging to lead large social service programs focused on health across the lifespan. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and coordinate with funders to ensure timely, quality deliverables.

You will collaborate with the Directors Team to align RIPIN programs, drive strategic initiatives, and secure funding through grants while advancing services for Rhode Island families.

Qualifications

• Advanced leadership and program management experience in social services.
• Experience coordinating across teams, partners, and funders.
• Knowledge of grant-funded programs, reporting requirements, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees program operations to meet funder, partner, and regulatory requirements.
• Builds and maintains relationships with funders, community partners, and stakeholders.
• Directs staff and leadership teams to ensure effective program implementation and accountability.
• Coordinates RIPIN-wide goals with other programs and cross-functional teams.
• Monitors progress, timelines, risks, and outcomes; implements solutions with leadership.
• Keeps abreast of families' needs and systems of care; advises on relevant program changes.
• Maintains grant and reporting schedules; ensures timely submissions and compliance.
• Develops and updates policies, workflows, and quality controls for service delivery.
• Supports grant writing and proposals to secure funding to sustain activities.
• Attends meetings with funders and RIPIN; participates in internal and external events.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
