You will drive reporting, policy updates, and program improvements while mentoring a leadership team to support Rhode Islanders and families navigating care and education needs.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s preferred in Human Services, Public Health, or related field.
• Experience coordinating or managing programs, projects, or services with grants and reporting requirements.
• Ability to supervise, coach, and develop staff while ensuring accountability and collaboration.
