Rhode Island Parent Information Network (RIPIN) is seeking an Assistant Director to lead health and healthy aging programs. You will supervise staff, develop and monitor budgets, ensure grant compliance, and coordinate with funders and partners to deliver high-quality services across Rhode Island.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and adept grant-writing abilities, with a focus on improving outcomes for families and individuals navigating complex care systems.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Education, or related field.
• Experience coordinating or managing programs, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
• Experience fostering collaboration across teams, programs and stakeholders.
• Experience with grant-funded programs, contract deliverables, regulatory requirements, or program compliance.
• Experience preparing reports, tracking outcomes, and using data to support performance.
• Personal experience navigating RIPIN's programs, mission, and values preferred.

• Build and maintain relationships with funders and community partners.
• Supervise staff and program leadership to ensure effective implementation.
• Monitor progress toward goals, timelines, and outcomes; address risks.

• Develop and communicate updates to policies and workflows.
• Research new funding sources and write grants.
• Attend meetings and conferences as required.
