UMBC is seeking an Assistant Director for Facility & Operations to lead the Retriever Activities Center’s day-to-day operations, schedule events, and coordinate campus collaborations. This on-site role requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to support events and safety measures.
The ideal candidate will hold a relevant Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in facility or recreation operations, strong leadership, and experience supervising staff.

This position is a on-site role that requires a highly flexible schedule with regular evening and weekend availability to support facility operations, staffing coverage, special events, and emergency response needs.

Salary: $71,000 - $80,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
The above salary range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
