Position Summary The Assistant Director for Academic Resilience is responsible for overseeing Academic Wellbeing’s student success intervention programs designed to support undergraduate students experiencing academic challenges. This position leads the office’s Empowerment Programs, including initiatives for students on academic warning, academic probation, and continued probation. The Assistant Director provides individualized support, academic guidance, and resource referrals that promote student persistence and academic success. The Assistant Director for Academic Resilience collaborates with faculty, academic advisors, and campus partners to coordinate comprehensive support for students while serving as a central point of contact for academic intervention efforts. This position oversees the Answers-on-the-Go (AOTG) outreach initiative, increasing awareness of Academic Wellbeing services and proactively connecting students with campus resources.
