Qualifications

• EMS/First Aid and CPR training completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Preschool Director with supervision of the early childhood program and biblical curriculum.
• Mentor, train and observe teachers; oversee staff communications.
• Create weekly lesson plans and a developmentally appropriate curriculum; monitor schedules.
• Ensure compliance with Community Care licensing; maintain a safe and healthy environment.
• Coordinate staff training and foster collaboration among staff and volunteers.
