Job summary

accesso ShoWare Center is seeking an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to lead and coordinate all F&B operations, uphold company standards, and drive profitability while delivering exceptional guest service.

You will assist in marketing plans for catering services, coordinate capital projects, expand outside events, enhance sponsorships, and ensure smooth event operations through oversight of budgets, contracts, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of a marketing plan for Food and Beverage catering services to accesso ShoWare Center clients.
• Assist in the development and execution of capital projects to revamp our food and beverage operation through conceptual design, space allocation, and technology implementation to drive revenues.
• Assist in the development and implementation of proactive outside catering marketing plans for local events and festivals.
• Evaluate sponsorship programs and partner with the Director to enhance visibility and revenue opportunities within the facility.
• Coordinate with Marketing to promote food & beverage capabilities through public relations and success stories.
• Manage relationships with building tenants and respond to challenges, requests, and issues from general managers and ownership.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements for activities and services at the facility.
• Direct and administer execution of operating and marketing financial plans, including budgets and capital expense plans.
• Evaluate facility practices and recommend improvements to reflect client needs, improve efficiency, and ensure safety.
