Job summary

Learning Care is hiring an Assistant Director to oversee the safe, effective operation of our school with the School Director, and to assume sole responsibility in the Director’s absence. You’ll promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children while maintaining a nurturing, secure environment.

You’ll lead a team, recruit and retain qualified staff, ensure licensing standards are met, and model the professional values that make Learning Care a provider of choice for families.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
