Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field and experience working with diverse student populations.
• Ability to manage budgeting, reporting, and forecasting with attention to compliance.
• Experience partnering with campus and community resources to support students.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting and the funding process for the Office of Student Enrichment.
• Analyze reconciliations and forecast future financial needs and funding considerations.
• Lead data collection, assessment, and forecasting initiatives to inform planning.
• Build relationships with campus and community partners to connect students with resources.
• Provide direct student support through one-on-one meetings and program initiatives.
