University of Notre Dame Graduate School is seeking a Program Director for Academic Services to oversee student records, enrollment, and degree audits across 41 programs. The role collaborates with the Registrar's Office, graduate departments, and ISSA on international student matters.

Reporting to the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, the Program Director for Academic Services will play a crucial role in student-related academic issues concerning the 41 academic programs under the purview of the Graduate School. The Program Director for Academic Services will provide information to programs regarding policies and procedures, as well as solutions to resolve issues. The Program Director will work closely with the Registrar's Office and liaison with graduate department administrators and faculty, and ISSA regarding international students. This role will interface with students, administrators, and faculty. The Program Director for Academic Services will supervise the Senior Academic Services Coordinator and, when necessary, student and temporary workers.
Pay range: Up to $94,000 , commensurate with experience
