Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in facilities planning, construction management, or a closely related field, with at least two years in a lead or supervisory role; or a combination totaling seven years including supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, inspectors, and officials on construction and renovation projects.
• Assist in state funding documentation and reporting to the Chancellor's Office.
• Supervise and train staff; prepare evaluations and manage performance.
