Qualifications

• Five (5) years of directly job-related experience required.
• Education in lieu of experience may be accepted as stated by the department.
• A four-year degree is preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, maintenance activities and staff management for Facility Operations.
• Draft and implement operating procedures, staff work plans and KPIs.
• Manage budgets, cost controls and procurement processes with sub-contractors and consultants.
• Ensure safety, compliance and efficient inventory control across the department.
• Respond to emergencies on weekends, holidays, and after hours as needed.
