The Assistant Director, Exam Services provides strategic leadership and overall management for accommodated and accessible testing within Student Life Disability Services, satellite, and virtual proctoring settings. Operates with a high level of autonomy and minimal supervision; possess significant decision‑making authority for all accountabilities related to the exam services staff and facility, that includes but is not limited to staffing decisions, workload/priority management, effective policy and process implementation, integrity breach reporting and testifying at hearings; manages resolution of conflicts with students and stakeholders.
The Assistant Director, Exam Services plays a critical role in maintaining compliance with university policies, industry standards, and legal regulations related to disability accommodated test administration of over 25,000+ assessments annually. They are responsible for the integrity, security, and confidential management of academic assessments and student disability information; works closely with the ADA Coordinator and their staff to ensure all practices are within guidance of the ADA Coordinator’s Office; collaborates with Academic Affairs, Student Life, the Registrar’s Office, Testing Center and other university units to procure additional off‑site testing locations.
Targeted hiring range is $55,700.00 - $72,700.00 annually.
