Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a results-oriented Hospital Housekeeping Supervisor in Tomball, TX to assist with leading a goal-oriented department, create a productive team environment, and ensure a safe, clean, healing environment for patients. You will provide leadership that supports morale, quality, and respect.

You will lead team training, manage schedules, perform daily inspections, coach staff, recruit reflect company values, and collaborate with leadership to meet facility, budget, and compliance

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Computer experience with word processing and spreadsheets.
• Willing to relocate for promotion opportunities.
• Healthcare experience is a plus, not required.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus, not required.
• COVID-19 vaccination compliance required.

• Many healthcare facilities require employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved exemption in place
